Tot i que estan sorgint nous f\u00e0rmacs dirigits contra KRAS, una de les principals alteracions gen\u00e8tiques d'aquest c\u00e0ncer, encara no sabem per qu\u00e8 alguns pacients responen millor que d'altres. <\/p>\n<p>El projecte, liderat per la Dra. Elisa Espinet i finan\u00e7at per FERO C\u00e0ncer amb el patrocini de la Fundaci\u00f3 Bosch Aymerich, estudiar\u00e0 com l'anomenat \u201cestroma tumoral\u201d, \u00e9s a dir, les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules no canceroses presents en el tumor, responen als tractaments dirigits a KRAS i com aix\u00f2 influeix en la seva activitat antitumoral.
