L'objectiu \u00e9s arribar a validar l'\u00fas de la llet materna per a la detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 del c\u00e0ncer de mama associat a l'embar\u00e0s amb la finalitat de contribuir a millorar-ne el pron\u00f2stic actual. El diagn\u00f2stic del c\u00e0ncer de mama durant l'embar\u00e0s i el postpart es veu dificultat pels canvis que pateix la mama durant la gestaci\u00f3 i la limitaci\u00f3 en la realitzaci\u00f3 de proves d'imatge per protegir el fetus durant aquest per\u00edode.
