With the support of the XXIV FERO Grant, Dr. Jon Zugazagoitia will investigate whether modulating the levels of the OX40L protein, a new molecular target, can help improve the efficacy of immunotherapy based on PD-1 axis blockade in lung cancer. To achieve this, they will use RNA technology to enhance OX40L and demonstrate its therapeutic potential.
