This project aims to discover vulnerable points in melanoma brain metastases that can be targeted and that will allow for new, more effective treatments. <\/p>\n<p>The study establishes preclinical models of melanoma brain metastases to understand their biology and the evolution of the brain's immune component during metastasis progression and in response to treatments.
