What Are Fundaci\u00f3n Lealtad and the Donate with Confidence<\/em> Seal?<\/h2>\n\n

Fundaci\u00f3n Lealtad<\/h3>\n\n

is an independent nonprofit institution whose mission is to foster public trust in NGOs.<\/p>\n\n

It was the first organization to develop a methodology for analyzing the transparency and good governance practices of Spanish NGOs in 2001. Its public information service is a benchmark for donors, and its experience has inspired other initiatives in Spain and Latin America to promote NGO transparency.<\/p>\n\n

The Donate with Confidence Seal<\/em> is a unique distinction in Spain that recognizes compliance with 9 Principles of Transparency and Good Governance Practices.<\/strong>\nIt also helps donors clearly and easily identify those foundations that provide complete information about their management, activities, and the origin and allocation of their funds, among other aspects.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
