Hereinafter, the owning entity will be referred to as the “FERO Foundation” or “FERO”.
2. Purpose of the website
The purpose of the FERO Foundation website is to present the organisation, its foundational objectives, oncology research projects, activities, calls for applications, campaigns, events and different ways to collaborate.
The website may also provide contact forms, procedures for making donations, registration for activities, submission of applications, subscription to communications, access to the Internal Information Channel and other features related to the Foundation’s activities.
3. Access and use conditions
Access to the website is generally free of charge, without prejudice to the fact that certain content, services or features may require user registration, the provision of personal data, acceptance of specific conditions or the making of a financial contribution.

Where there is no mandatory rule establishing another jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
