The research aims to develop an algorithm that, using artificial intelligence, correlates CT scan images of tumor characteristics with the patient’s immune profile and response to immunotherapy. The ultimate goal is that, in the future, by simply applying this algorithm, treatment for each patient can be more effectively personalized, selecting patients who will benefit from immunotherapy and identifying earlier and more accurately whether the patient is responding to it.
