Rock has always been a genre of rebellion, of breaking silences and transforming energy into collective strength. And the evening of November 26 proved it once again: music brought together nearly two hundred people in the Engine Room of the Old Estrella Damm Factory in Barcelona to experience the first charity concert of the FERO Foundation and support cancer research.
LOKURE: Urban Energy to Open the Night
The event kicked off with LOKURE, the urban dance group from Ariana Aranega‘s FUTURE Academy. Finalists of the Arizona World Championship, they offered an exhibition of popping and locking that ignited the venue from the very first minute. The atmosphere was set for what was to come.
JIMBAND: A Live Performance That Electrified the Audience
When JIMBAND took the stage, the venue erupted. Led by JIM, winner of Eufòria (TV3) and current contestant on the talent show Zenit on the same channel, the band displayed a power and connection with the audience that turned the concert into a vibrant and memorable experience.
With Núria on bass adding classic nuances, Laia setting a powerful rhythm on drums, Héctor enriching the sound with his rock essence on guitar, and Clàudia adding sensitivity and vocal power, the group demonstrated why they are synonymous with energy and versatility on stage.
The great rock anthems were all there. When Guns N’ Roses’ “Sweet Child O’ Mine” or Hombres G’s “Voy a pasármelo bien” played, the audience sang at the top of their lungs, turning the hall into an immense and enthusiastic choir. No one stopped moving, jumping, or rocking for a second.
