Have you ever stopped to think about everything you have to be grateful for? In such a fast-paced world, the practice of gratitude has become a simple yet incredibly powerful tool for improving our emotional and mental well-being. A useful way to do this is through a solidarity gratitude journal, a practice that is not only trending but can completely transform your perspective on life. Do you know what it involves? Let us tell you!
Having a gratitude journal and using it daily allows you to focus your attention on the positive aspects of each day, generating a series of surprising benefits. By integrating it into your routine, you can experience greater happiness, better mental and physical health, and deeper, more satisfying relationships. Additionally, you become an active agent of your own well-being, setting intentions and achieving small daily goals.
Would you like to give it a try? Here are three simple tips to get started:
- Write down three things you feel grateful for each day. This is the essence of the practice of gratitude. Dedicate a few minutes at the end of the day to write down three things you feel grateful for. It does not matter whether they are major achievements or small details; what matters is recognizing those positive moments that we often overlook.
- Do it every day, even when it is difficult. There will be days when it is easier to find reasons to be grateful, and others when it will be a challenge. On those difficult days, you can create a special space for reflection. Play music that relaxes or inspires you, and spend a few minutes in silence calmly recalling your day. This will help you reconnect with those moments, however small, that fill you with gratitude.
- Review it when you need a positive boost. Your gratitude journal is not just for writing; it is also for reviewing. When you feel overwhelmed or discouraged, go back and read what you have written. You will be surprised at how comforting it can be to remember all the moments you have been grateful for, and it will give you a boost to move forward with a more positive attitude.
The key is consistency. By practicing these simple steps, you will be training your mind to focus on the positive and create lasting change in your well-being.
Solidarity Gratitude Journal: A Collaboration to Support Breast Cancer Research
Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer among women
and, increasingly, among men. That is why it affects a large part of society and touches so many people closely, whether those who suffer from it or their loved ones.
Gemma Romaguera
, a cancer survivor, has practiced the power of gratitude throughout her life, and especially during her illness. For this reason, she has launched a very special solidarity initiative to express gratitude for everything science has done for her. With the Solidarity Gratitude Journal, she invites you to integrate the practice of gratitude into your daily life, something that has helped and transformed her enormously.
This journal, in addition to transforming your emotional well-being through gratitude, supports breast cancer research. 100% of the proceeds from its sale enable us to drive scientific research promoted by FERO that improves available therapies and encourages early detection of breast cancer, which can be key to survival.
Why a Solidarity Gratitude Journal?
The Solidarity Gratitude Journal is not just a writing tool, but a daily practice that transforms your emotional well-being. It is a way to reflect on the positive aspects of our lives, even in difficult times.
Gemma Romaguera
, the driving force behind this initiative, has a story of resilience that inspires this project. After more than 20 years working at MACBA, she changed the course of her life and became an Integrative Health Coach, training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York (IIN). Following this, at a time when she was in holistic balance, she was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer, something that drastically changed her world. During her healing process, which included chemotherapy, a mastectomy, and radiotherapy, Gemma discovered the transformative power of gratitude. Although we cannot control the adversities we face, she chose to respond with gratitude, seeking lessons and reasons to be grateful each day.

“It is an easy-to-use tool that has helped me train my mind to think positively in order to experience difficult moments as learning opportunities.”
This solidarity project is a tribute to the research and science that saved her life, and also an invitation to everyone to adopt good holistic lifestyle habits, caring not only for the body but also for the mind and emotions.
Write down 3 things in your Solidarity Gratitude Journal to be grateful for each day and you will see the impact this simple gesture has on your daily challenges.
How Can You Support This Initiative?
The journal has been designed by Sònia Grau, who has poured her creativity into a design that conveys warmth and beauty. The central element is a heart, symbolizing gratitude and love. This heart, die-cut in the journal, is reused in the design of the display space at points of sale, underscoring the environmental commitment of the project. The journal is printed on FSC-certified paper, recyclable and biodegradable, using only one ink to reduce environmental impact.
Additionally, the journal is available in three warm colors: pink, yellow, and green, and you can choose the language between Catalan or Spanish.
By purchasing this unique journal, you will be contributing directly to the funding of research projects focused on breast cancer, as 100% of the proceeds will go toward breast cancer research promoted by FERO.
